2. Services

We provide:

Collection of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)

IT asset disposal services

Data sanitisation services

Preparation for reuse

Recycling of non-repairable electrical equipment

All services are subject to availability and compliance requirements.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

Ensure waste presented is accurately described

Segregate hazardous materials where required

Disclose presence of lithium batteries

Ensure safe access to collection points

Failure to disclose hazardous materials may result in refusal of collection.

4. Data Destruction

Where data sanitisation is requested:

Reboot Recycling will perform wiping or physical destruction

Certification may be issued upon request

Customers remain responsible for confirming data backup prior to destruction

5. Ownership of Equipment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Equipment collected for reuse may be refurbished and resold

Non-repairable material will be recycled responsibly

6. Liability

Reboot Recycling shall not be liable for:

Data loss where sanitisation was not requested

Undisclosed hazardous materials

Indirect or consequential loss

Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

7. Compliance

We operate in accordance with:

Environmental legislation

Waste Carrier regulations

UK data protection legislation

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
